Refund policy
Overview We offer free returns within 15 days of delivery for clothing items. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and in original, unworn condition with all labels and tags still attached.
How to Start a Return
- Log into your account and locate your order.
- Create a return request for the item(s) you wish to send back.
- Follow the return instructions and print the provided return label (free returns).

Return Conditions
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated and the parcel shipped within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Exclusions: Final‑sale or personalized items (if any) and items marked non‑returnable at purchase cannot be returned. Hygiene items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) are returnable only if sealed hygiene protection is intact; otherwise they are non‑returnable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact sales@bainaat.co.uk immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund, including any original shipping charges where applicable.
Refunds and Processing Time
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
- Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after we have processed the return. We will notify you by email when the refund is issued.
Exchanges If you need a different size or colour, create a return request for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. Contact sales@bainaat.co.uk if you need help.
Lost or Delayed Returns If your return tracking shows a problem, contact sales@bainaat.co.uk with your return tracking number so we can investigate with the carrier.
