Shipping policy

Overview We aim to process and ship orders quickly and reliably. Shipping costs, carriers, and delivery estimates are listed below. All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched (not the date it is placed).

Processing (Dispatch)

  • Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

United Kingdom

  • Service: Royal Mail Second Class or DPD (depending on address and parcel size)
  • Dispatch: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch
  • Cost: £4.25
  • Tracking: Tracked where available; tracking link provided in dispatch email
  • Signature: Not required by default; may be required for high‑value items

Europe (EU & EEA)

  • Service: DHL or DPD (carrier selected at checkout based on destination and package)
  • Dispatch: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch
  • Cost: £14.99
  • Tracking: Full tracking provided
  • Customs & VAT: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping price.

Worldwide (Rest of World)

  • Service: International courier (DHL/DPD or similar)
  • Dispatch: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated delivery: Up to 14 business days after dispatch (may vary by destination)
  • Cost: £19.99
  • Tracking: Full tracking provided
  • Customs & Import Fees: Customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges. These are not included in the shipping fee.

Delays and Force Majeure

  • Delivery estimates may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, strikes, extreme weather, and events beyond our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
  • If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
  • Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement or refund per our Returns Policy.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are handled per our Returns Policy. Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the item is faulty or shipped in error.
  • Refunds for returned items are processed after we receive and inspect the return, typically within 5–10 business days.
